Job Title : Salesforce Technical Architect
Job Location : Edison , NJ
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to design architect and lead the implementation of enterprisescale AIpowered solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud Service Cloud Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud The ideal candidate will define scalable technical architectures guide development teams establish AI governance frameworks and ensure successful delivery of agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices
Key Responsibilities
Agentforce AI Architecture
Architect and implement Agentforce solutions including autonomous agents workflows actions topics instructions and guardrails
Design endtoend AIpowered business processes using Agentforce Einstein AI Flows Apex and Data Cloud
Define agent orchestration strategies for customer service sales employee support and business operations use cases
Establish AI governance prompt engineering standards data access controls and security frameworks
Provide architecture guidance on multiagent and enterprise AI implementations
Salesforce Technical Architecture
Design scalable and secure Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Platform
Define solution patterns for integrations APIs eventdriven architectures and external system connectivity
Architect reusable frameworks coding standards and enterprise design patterns
Lead architecture reviews technical design sessions and code governance processes
Ensure high performance scalability maintainability and platform optimization
Data Cloud Integration Architecture
Architect Data Cloud implementations supporting Agentforce and AI use cases
Define data models identity resolution data harmonization and customer 360 strategies
Design integrations using REST APIs Platform Events MuleSoft middleware and external AI services
Establish secure datasharing and AI access frameworks
Technical Leadership
Mentor Technical Leads Developers and AI Engineers
Review solution designs code quality deployment strategies and release plans
Drive DevOps CICD and environment management best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and solution architects to define technical roadmaps
Support effort estimation solution sizing and technical risk assessments
Governance Best Practices
Establish Salesforce and Agentforce implementation standards
Ensure compliance with enterprise security privacy and responsible AI policies
Drive technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives
Oversee production support troubleshooting and performance optimization activities
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Enterprise Solution Design
Handson experience with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI and Generative AI capabilities
Deep knowledge of Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flow SOQL and Salesforce Security Model
Experience designing enterprise integrations using RESTSOAP APIs Platform Events and MuleSoft
Strong understanding of Data Cloud architecture and AI data readiness
Experience with Agentforce actions topics prompts instructions guardrails and agent configurations
Expertise in Salesforce DevOps CICD Copado Git and release management
Strong troubleshooting performance tuning and architecture governance skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
