Job Title : Salesforce Technical Architect

Position Overview

Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that connect business requirements with effective technical architecture. This role combines Salesforce platform expertise, hands-on development, system integration, and technical leadership to support complex implementations, optimize performance, and maintain secure and reliable Salesforce solutions.

The Salesforce Technical Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to shape technical designs, guide implementation, resolve complex issues, and promote Salesforce best practices.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical designs, applying Salesforce best practices to develop scalable and efficient solutions.

  • Technical Implementation: Lead complex Salesforce implementations involving custom development, integrations, and data migrations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to maintain alignment and support successful project delivery.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.

  • Performance and Security: Ensure Salesforce solutions perform optimally, remain secure, and adhere to applicable compliance standards.

  • Platform Improvement: Stay informed about Salesforce releases and features and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation covering solution designs, coding standards, and project plans.

  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs, define requirements, and support successful solution delivery.

  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain Salesforce system stability and reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce applications.

  • Strong ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and other relevant technologies.

  • Experience designing data models and integrating Salesforce with other systems.

  • Experience working in the healthcare domain.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

  • Understanding of business processes and how technology can improve business efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as:

  • Salesforce Application Architect

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
