Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Location: San Diego, CA (or Denver, CO)
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical design and development.

• Work hands-on with Apex and Java to build scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Provide technical and functional guidance across multiple Salesforce clouds.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Coordinate and manage an offshore team of up to 9 resources.

• Ensure best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

• Support integrations with external systems and third-party tools.

• Participate in architecture discussions and solution roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

• 10–12 years of total IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise.

• Proven hands-on development experience using Apex and Java.

• Experience across multiple Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, FSC).

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to work onsite in San Diego or Denver 3–4 days per week.
