Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

5+ years of Salesforce development experience with technical leadership responsibilities

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven integrations

Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data Governance

Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Familiarity with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/Agentforce

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Design integrations, data migration solutions, and scalable platform architecture.

Drive code quality, DevOps, security, governance, and AI-assisted development practices.

Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with architects, business teams, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Salary Range: $150,000 -$160,000 year
