Hiring: Salesforce Sr. Marketing Cloud Administrator
Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sr. Marketing Cloud Administrator to join a dynamic IT and Marketing team supporting enterprise-scale marketing automation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment managing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms and customer engagement journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio
• Manage customer journeys, triggered campaigns, email templates, and automation workflows
• Monitor platform health, integrations, and data performance across SFMC and Salesforce CRM
• Troubleshoot journey failures, email deliverability, and integration issues
• Build and maintain AMPscript, SQL queries, automations, and reporting dashboards
• Support Marketing Cloud Connect integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA regulations
• Provide user support, documentation, and training to marketing teams

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration
  • Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Experience with AMPscript, SQL, and Data Extensions
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce CRM integration
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience with email deliverability and marketing compliance best practices


• Experience supporting enterprise marketing operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
