Seeking for a Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver cutting-edge and sustainable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end solutions and guide technical strategies and execution.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, tech leads, and business stakeholders.
• Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integration solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with data security and performance standards.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, data modeling, and solution diagrams.
• Lead code reviews, design sessions, and release planning sessions.
• Assist in Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for smooth project integration and delivery.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect certification
• Salesforce Integration Architect certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification
• Copado certification
• MuleSoft I and II certifications
• 7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design
• 7+ years of experience in architecting and developing complex solutions on Salesforce platform
• Extensive experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Admin, and advanced architectural patterns
• Experience with object-oriented design patterns and languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby
• Experience in data migration strategies and ETL tools
• Experience in general mobile solutions and architecture
• Experience using Shield and Lightning
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• 5+ years of experience in accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance
• 5+ years of experience with GITHUB/BitBucket version control solutions
• 5+ years of experience with Agile Methodologies
