Position Overview
Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale Federal digital transformation initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for understanding customer business processes, translating business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions, and guiding solution delivery from concept through implementation. The Solution Architect serves as the bridge between business and technology by partnering closely with Functional Analysts, Product Owners, Technical Architects, Integration Architects, Data Architects, and development teams to ensure the delivered solution meets customer needs while aligning with enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and enterprise application design, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed solution designs, product backlogs, and implementation roadmaps.
Candidates must reside within the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area to support occasional onsite meetings.

Key Responsibilities
·       Lead solution architecture for enterprise Salesforce implementations from business discovery through production deployment.
·       Work closely with Functional Analysts and business stakeholders to understand business processes, operational workflows, and customer objectives.
·       Translate business requirements into end-to-end Salesforce solution designs that align with customer needs and enterprise architecture.
·       Collaborate with Functional Analysts to refine requirements, develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a detailed product backlog.
·       Lead solution decomposition by breaking complex business capabilities into implementable epics, features, and user stories.
·       Design scalable business processes using Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Platform capabilities.
·       Define application architecture, security model, data model, automation strategy, and user experience.
·       Collaborate with the Technical Architect, MuleSoft Integration Architect, and Data Architect to develop an integrated enterprise solution.
·       Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend approaches that balance business value, technical complexity, cost, and long-term maintainability.
·       Produce solution designs, process flows, wireframes, architecture diagrams, configuration specifications, and technical documentation.
·       Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, architecture reviews, demonstrations, and release planning.
·       Ensure solutions comply with Federal security, accessibility, and enterprise governance requirements.
·       Provide hands-on guidance to development teams during implementation and support solution validation through testing and production deployment.
·       Mentor Functional Analysts and development teams on Salesforce solution design best practices.

Required Qualifications
·       U.S. Citizenship required.
·       Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
·       8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
·       5+ years serving as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Enterprise Solution Designer.
·       Hands-on experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions using Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
·       Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
·       Experience working directly with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Functional Analysts to define product backlogs and implementation roadmaps.
·       Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, data model, automation, reporting, and application architecture.
·       Experience collaborating with enterprise integration, data, and technical architecture teams.
·       Experience supporting Agile software delivery and backlog management.
·       Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
·       Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CTA Candidate.
·       OmniStudio Consultant or OmniStudio Developer certification.
·       Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
·       Experience leading enterprise business transformation initiatives.
·       Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
·       Experience supporting Federal digital modernization programs.
·       Experience facilitating design workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Flexible work from home options available.
