Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Architecture Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Certification Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI Salesforce Platform Architecture and Governance Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Salesforce Integration Patterns, REST/SOAP APIs Data Modeling, Data Governance, and Security Frameworks Experience with Middleware and Third-Party Integrations Enterprise Solution Design and Architecture Reviews Agile and DevOps Delivery Methodologies

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Drive the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation. Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and AI innovations to recommend platform enhancements. Define enterprise architecture standards, integration frameworks, and Salesforce best practices. Ensure platform security, compliance, data governance, and overall data quality. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design and oversee implementation of complex integrations involving APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy. Support Salesforce platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Base Salary Range : $110,000 to $170,000 Per Annum
