Position: Salesforce Servicecloud Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Contract
Rate: DOE

Must Have:
  • Strong Certified Developer with technical knowledge in delivering a solution stack using Salesforce ( Service Cloud on Lightning, Sales Cloud) with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce.
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 2 as Sr. Dev / Integration Lead)
  • MUST Have applicable certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Architect, Sales, Service, certifications etc.
  • At least two full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
  • Design and development of integration routines using SFDC APIs.
  • Design and development custom coding skills using Apex and LWC.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
  • Preferred experience with implementing Salesforce Field Service application
  • Experience on CTI Integration, Email integration, Enterprise Service Bus integration.
