Core Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale Salesforce programs (multiple concurrent workstreams) Own program governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting Drive proactive status tracking (clear visibility on scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines) Ensure strong control on scope vs timeline commitments (avoid slippage, manage changes effectively) Coordinate across cross-functional teams - business, architects, development, QA, integration teams Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery and outcomes

Must-Have:
Experience 2-3+ years as a Program Manager specifically managing Salesforce programs
Hands-on experience delivering 3-4 large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations

Proven experience in: Complex integrations (API/Middleware/MuleSoft, etc.) Large-scale data migration programs Multi-vendor / global delivery models Experience managing multi-team, distributed delivery (onsite/offshore)
