Salesforce QA Specialist (Sales Cloud)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Specialist to support a large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud transformation initiative within the Life & Annuities Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce testing, insurance business processes, and distributor-driven sales models.This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions supporting Life & Annuity product sales across multiple distribution channels, including Bankassurance and Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs)/Retail Agencies.The candidate will partner closely with business analysts, Salesforce developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to validate end-to-end business processes, integrations, and data quality across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Smoke Testing.
- Test Salesforce capabilities supporting distributor-based sales models, including:
- Bankassurance
- Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs)
- Retail/Agency Distribution Channels
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand requirements and validate business workflows.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream systems.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation activities involving enterprise data platforms and Salesforce.
- Defect identification, documentation, prioritization, and tracking through resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+years of Quality Assurance experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience, preferably within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, business processes, and integrations.
- Prior experience testing Salesforce implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience with:
- Functional Testing
- SIT
- UAT
- Regression Testing
- Defect Management
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
