Salesforce Project Manager - Long Term Contract - Sacramento, CA (Onsite/Hybrid) - AS

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of overall IT Project Management experience. 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects. Experience managing teams of 7–10+ technical resources. Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting: 5,000–7,000 internal users 300,000–500,000 external users 5–7 million+ recordsExperience with: Service Cloud Community Cloud/Experience Cloud Marketing CloudStrong understanding of: Agile/Scrum SDLC Risk & Stakeholder Management Project Planning & Delivery Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect). Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations. Experience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.
