Salesforce Programmer Analyst
Location: Glen Allen, VA
Duration: 8+ Months (Hybrid)
Seeking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in a recently developed application. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce features to support business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Apply a configuration-first approach, using declarative solutions before custom code.
- Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD.
- Write and maintain Apex unit tests and collaborate with the DevOps team for debugging and defect remediation.
- Contribute to and maintain technical documentation.
- Use Jira for documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration tools.
- Production experience with Copado or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tooling.
- Experience writing Apex unit tests and working within a DevOps-driven process.
- Practical experience with Jira for agile story writing and defect tracking.
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities or familiarity with recent Dreamforce product announcements.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience supporting government/public-sector Salesforce implementations.
