Description
Location: Malvern, PA Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Define product vision, strategy, and priorities for Salesforce FSC and related Salesforce platforms.
Balance business priorities, technical debt, compliance requirements, and platform enhancements.
Maintain and prioritize a value-driven product backlog.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for Salesforce-driven process improvements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to design scalable solutions.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
Support test planning and test case creation.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Monitor Salesforce platform utilization and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner/Product Manager.
Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Hands-on experience with CRM roadmap planning and Salesforce implementations.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
