Our client is seeking a Salesforce Platform Developer to join a growing technology team focused on Salesforce, automation, AI, and enterprise platform modernization.
This is not a role focused exclusively on development or administration. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing platform development, reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting, integrations, and continuous platform improvement. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and related platform technologies
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and business metrics that support decision-making across the organization
- Analyze data quality, perform data cleanup activities, and recommend improvements to platform architecture and usability
- Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and security settings
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving configuration, automation, data, reporting, development, and integrations
- Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications through APIs and middleware platforms
- Investigate legacy configurations and technical debt while identifying opportunities for optimization and modernization
- Participate in AI and automation initiatives using emerging Salesforce and generative AI technologies
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and system-related knowledge articles
