Role : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Experience : 10+ yrs with relevant SF certifications

SFMC expert at architect level who has end-to-end understanding of SFMC. The experience should not be limited to campaign management. It would stretch SFMC for end-to-end prospect management.

Designs, implements, and optimizes scalable, data-driven marketing solutions by leading the integration of Marketing Cloud with other systems, managing the data model, ensuring platform security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful customer journeys , campaigns and prospect management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Data Management:
Develop scalable data models, define integration strategies with external systems , and ensure data quality and governance within Marketing Cloud.
  • Automation & Journey Design:
Architect and guide the implementation of automated customer journeys, campaigns, prospect management and segmentation strategies using tools like Journey Builder and Content Builder.
  • Integration:
Design and oversee integrations between Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud), and third-party platforms, using APIs and other methods.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, data, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with overall digital transformation efforts.
  • Performance & Security:
Monitor and optimize Marketing Cloud platform performance, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.


Key Skills and Certifications
  • Technical Proficiency:
Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Personalization.
  • Data & Integrations:
Experience with data model design, data integration strategies, and working with APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking:
The ability to translate business requirements into actionable, scalable technical solutions.
  • Project Leadership:
Experience in leading complex projects, driving technical vision, and managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Certifications:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications- SFMC Certified Consultant/Specialist/Architect
