Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead Engineer to architect, develop, and optimize our Go-to-Market technology stack. This role will oversee the entire Salesforce platform, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions that support our SaaS business model, including intricate subscription and renewal processes. You will collaborate closely with various departments to translate complex business needs into robust technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and revenue operations.
• Lead hands-on development of complex Apex, LWC, and Flow automation.
• Partner with business teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Manage and govern system integrations with external platforms.
• Ensure system integrity, reliability, and security across the Salesforce environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling and security models.

This role requires experience with B2B SaaS or subscription-based business models in a high-growth environment.
