Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Test Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience Required: 4-7 Years

Certifications: Salesforce Certified (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Automation Tester to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, specifically within Salesforce environments including test case creation and test case management. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce applications through rigorous testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate Salesforce CRM solutions and ensure functionality aligns with business requirements
  • Collaborate with developers and Saleforce Functional Consultants/ Business analysts to analyze requirements and design comprehensive, effective test cases
  • Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to facilitate timely resolution and maintain application quality
  • Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to achieve thorough test coverage and mitigate risks
  • Conduct regression testing on Salesforce CRM applications to verify stability and performance after updates and enhancements
  • Monitor, track, and report test progress and results to project stakeholders to support informed decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of Salesforce Testing experience
  • Ability to execute functional test cases and business user scenarios and proven to work autonomously
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or other project tracking tools
  • Experience in automation test tools is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal communication
  • Experience working in the financial services industry, preferably insurance.
  • Familiarity with insurance workflows such as underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
