We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, enhance, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate combines strong Apex and Lightning Web Components expertise with sound integration, deployment, and engineering practices.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations.
Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Develop reusable components, robust business logic, asynchronous processing, and well-structured data models.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, and named credentials.
Partner with administrators, architects, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into secure technical solutions.
Create and maintain unit tests, ensuring high code quality and platform-compliant test coverage.
Participate in code reviews, establish development standards, and mentor junior Salesforce developers.
Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox strategy, release processes, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and assess impacts to existing solutions.
6–8+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Apex, triggers, asynchronous Apex, batch jobs, queueables, schedulables, and test classes
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data modeling, sharing/security, and governor-limit-aware development
Declarative capabilities including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning App Builder
Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling
Salesforce DX, Git, CLI-based development, package management, and CI/CD tools
Experience with production deployments, release management, and multi-sandbox development environments.
Demonstrated ability to design maintainable, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Experience
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, identity, document management, or data warehouse platforms.
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or comparable integration platforms.
Experience with DevOps Center, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar release automation tooling.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
