The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related major with 4+ years of CRM development experience.
Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer.
AWS certification preferred.
Knowledge of standard Salesforce.com functions/modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Demonstrated experience with the Force.com development platform.
Experience creating Lightning Apps using Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Platform Events.
Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, scalable data modeling, Governor Limits, and Force.com development best practices.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices development along with Salesforce API integration.
Ability to design and develop interactive CRMA dashboards and lenses.
Knowledge of CRMA dashboard interactions and bindings.
Experience with Data Manager, Data Sync, and External Data Ingestion.
Experience building datasets, dataflows, and recipes.
Demonstrated experience throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD).
Experience with application build and deployment using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com administration and end-user security requirements.
Experience with large-scale system implementations, integrations, interfaces, and data conversions.
Experience using Agile or other efficient development methodologies.
Proven experience bridging the needs and pace between business and IT teams.
Excellent facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
