Our Opportunity
We are seeking two strong, hands-on Salesforce Developers to join the Sales and Service Technology team. This is an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking development organization that leverages agile methodologies to deliver innovative technology solutions supporting business operations.
The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, and supporting Salesforce components across the Sales and Service Technology portfolio.
The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, particularly Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), along with an understanding of AI-powered development tools, data engineering concepts, and modern AI agent architectures.
Candidates should be comfortable explaining their technical experience, discussing their development contributions, and demonstrating practical knowledge of the technologies listed on their resumes.
What You'll Do- Work collaboratively with agile team members, business stakeholders, and technology counterparts to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, implement, test, and support Salesforce applications and components.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, batch processing, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant applications that meet functional and operational requirements.
- Leverage AI prompting tools to support development activities and explore AI-driven solutions.
- Work with Markdown files and in-memory file/context management concepts to support AI agent development.
- Apply data engineering concepts and understand data management across on-premises and off-premises environments.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams while working independently when required.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–4 years of Salesforce design and development experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex development, including triggers, batch processing, and custom business logic.
- Strong hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration, including workflows, process automation, and Visualforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience using AI prompting tools to improve development productivity and support AI-related use cases.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts and data management practices.
- Knowledge of Markdown files and in-memory file/context setup for AI agents.
- Understanding of data management across on-premises and off-premises environments.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and application development best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile development environment.
Good-to-Have Skills- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Exposure to ClaudeForce or similar AI-powered Salesforce development tools.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities.
- Previous experience working with client
