Description
· Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
· Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs.
· Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by Minnesota Housing.
· Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
· Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
· Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce design and development.
- Active Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
- Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
- Active Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist certification.
- Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II certification.
- 2+ years of experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Government Cloud.
