Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Administration and Apex development experience for a contract engagement within the IT department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of a Workforce solution built on Salesforce. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and support the Salesforce Workforce solution
• Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms and application components
• Configure and maintain field level security, validations, and user access controls
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Apex code to support business requirements
• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot SOQL queries for application performance
• Manage user profiles, permissions, and service accounts
• Investigate and resolve production issues and application defects
• Gather requirements and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates and technical documentation
• Ensure system reliability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong Salesforce Administration experience
• Hands-on Apex development experience
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and navigation
• Experience configuring forms, field level security, validation rules, and profiles
• Advanced SOQL query development and optimization experience
• Experience managing user profiles and service accounts
• Strong troubleshooting and bug-fixing skills within Salesforce environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver tasks within project timelines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Components
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST or SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and version control systems
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications are highly desirable

Education Requirement:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
