Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution for complex technical projects.
• Monitor and coordinate all coding activities across the project.
• Develop prototypes and evaluate alternate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture teams on system and application design.
• Establish and communicate technical directions and goals.
• Lead code and design reviews.
• Investigate and resolve complex application and system issues.
• Identify technical debt and optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Build integrations to support Member 360degrees capabilities and adviser-led financial planning solutions, including integrations with external vendors such as Money Guide.  

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise-level Salesforce development experience using:
  • Apex
  • Visualforce
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• 6+ years of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
• 6+ years of Salesforce CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience demonstrating strong technical knowledge in the financial services domain.
• Experience with Salesforce REST APIs and Bulk APIs.
• Experience leading and managing at least 3 to 5 mid- to large-sized custom implementation projects.
• Experience driving requirements refinement with business stakeholders.
• Experience working with architects to design and lead application development.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
