Seeking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, implement, integrate, and support customizable Salesforce solutions for an enterprise contact center environment. The successful candidate will work closely with technical managers, architects, developers, business stakeholders, customers, and end users to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications.
• Work with stakeholders and end users to gather and define technical requirements.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements, performance objectives, security standards, and long-term technology strategy.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Develop declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and other Salesforce configuration capabilities.
• Support and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud/Digital Experience Sites.
• Support migration of applications from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Migrate legacy Visualforce Portals to Digital Experience Sites.
• Customize and support GoMeddo Scheduling or comparable Salesforce scheduling solutions.
• Develop and maintain solutions utilizing Conga Composer.
• Develop Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex solutions for asynchronous and scheduled processing.
• Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Implement authentication and integration solutions using OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Take end-to-end technical ownership of Salesforce development, including custom development, integrations, data migration, data quality, third-party applications, and AppExchange products.
• Support SFDX development, Git branching, merging, and code deployment activities.
• Support Salesforce CI/CD and release management using Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
• Define and manage technical change and release-management processes.
• Establish development guidelines and engineering standards and ensure development teams follow them.
• Assess Salesforce architecture and recommend secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
• Design and document technical architectures spanning multiple platforms, integrations, and authentication mechanisms.
• Identify technical risks and issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, deployment procedures, and training plans.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition of Salesforce solutions to Maintenance & Operations teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable organizational security guidelines and standards throughout the application lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce, SFDX, and the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• 4+ years of experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Digital Experience Sites/Experience Cloud.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning experience, including LWC.
• Strong experience migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Experience migrating legacy Visualforce Portals to Digital Experience Sites.
• 5+ years of GoMeddo Scheduling customization, or equivalent experience with similar scheduling products.
• 5+ years of experience with Conga Composer.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flows and related declarative capabilities.
• Experience with Batch Apex and/or Scheduled Apex.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external cloud and on-premises applications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth-based authentication.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, security, and performance considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and meet project deadlines.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• Experience implementing API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, and release management.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and cloud integration projects.
• Familiarity with government processes, security, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with FedRAMP-compliant tools and environments is beneficial.
