Salesforce Developer / Integration Lead

Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as a Salesforce Developer/Integration Lead for enterprise-level delivery projects.
- Provide senior-level ownership of complex workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery and mentoring team members.
- Lead and guide onshore and offshore development teams, including code reviews, defect resolution, and quality assurance.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, APIs, platform events, and security best practices.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio, OmniScript, and Clean Energy Module.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using scalable integration patterns, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Communicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Utilize enterprise-approved AI-assisted tools for development, with independent validation of outputs.
