Job Description:
Job Summary
- Client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions across healthcare, pharmacy, and customer engagement platforms.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable Salesforce applications, implementing system integrations, automating business processes, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or customer relationship management platforms is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM applications.
- Develop custom applications using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Customize Salesforce Lightning Experience and user interfaces.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
- Develop REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
- Develop custom objects, reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Work with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud as applicable.
- Implement security controls, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and integration teams.
Required Technical Skills
- 5 8+ Years of Experience is required.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Visualforce.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience with REST API and SOAP API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, or PBM domain experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of patient/member engagement and healthcare CRM workflows.
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and PII data protection.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise healthcare applications.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce enterprise implementations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
