Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions in support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce, and end-to-end web development.

The candidate must be highly organized, proactive, self-directed, and capable of driving work independently from requirements gathering through implementation. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce.
Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and established software design patterns.
Develop solutions involving CRUD operations, SOQL, data modeling, and Salesforce configuration.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide analysis and technical requirements for integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
Design and implement application integrations using appropriate APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Create and maintain technical documentation, application designs, development standards, and implementation documentation.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams.
Drive assigned work from requirements through successful implementation with minimal supervision.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced developers.
Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for Salesforce development.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise development standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of professional IT/software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development and customization.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Apex Triggers.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns.
Experience developing Lightning Pages/Components and Visualforce Pages.
Strong knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce data management.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, development, and application architecture.
Strong experience with CRUD operations and end-to-end web development.
Experience with .NET OOP and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
Experience with application integration and enterprise web services.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and software development practices.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and APIs.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Compensation: $64.00 per hour
