Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Integration Procedures .
- Proven experience in designing and customizing Sales Cloud & Service Cloud .
- Experience with integration patterns — API-led, Kafka, ESB , microservices.
- Understanding of SOQL performance tuning (SOQL 101 issues) and Apex governor limits.
Functional Skills- Strong understanding of CRM processes: lead-to-order , case lifecycle, service operations.
- Ability to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.
Certifications (typically expected)- Salesforce Platform Developer I ()
- Platform Developer II (preferred)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Additional certifications like OmniStudio, LWC Specialist, DevOps (Copado) are a plus.
