Salesforce Developer - Copado

Job Summary:
This is a Salesforce DevOps / Release / Deployment-focused Developer.
A Senior Salesforce Developer with DevOps experience and 8+ years of hands-on Copado experience, who can own Salesforce deployments and org migrations across Dev QA UAT Production, including CI/CD, Git, metadata migration, data migration coordination, dependency management, and release governance.

Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems
• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado
• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools
• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths
• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies before deployments
• Exposure to multi-org strategies or org consolidation initiatives
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
