5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, unit testing, debugging, security, data modeling, and Salesforce governor limits.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and/or middleware.
Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy, document, and support Salesforce solutions.
Experience gathering business requirements and performing gap analysis.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently as the organization's Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME).
