Job Description:
Job Summary
- Client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications supporting financial services and client relationship management.
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and enterprise application development.
- Experience working in banking, investment management, or financial services environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
- Implement REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Work with Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop SOQL and SOSL queries for data retrieval and processing.
- Manage Salesforce security, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Optimize application performance and manage Salesforce governor limits.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Visualforce and Salesforce Lightning.
- Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
- Experience with REST API and SOAP API integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, or Copado.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services, banking, wealth management, or investment banking experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Shield and platform encryption.
- Experience with event-driven integrations, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
