This is a highly technical Salesforce Developer role focused on building, customizing, and scaling core enterprise applications that support critical operational platforms. You will design, develop, and implement solutions across Salesforce Core and Experience Cloud, utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom web services, and cloud integrations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will participate across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from functional analysis and prototyping to hands-on coding, deployment, and ongoing release support in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range – $80 -$89.65 hourly on W2
Custom Application Logic: Design and build complex business logic using Apex programming, triggers, batch Apex, remoting, asynchronous processes, and API callouts.
Modern UI Development: Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and standard web technologies.
System Integration & Architecture: Build custom web services, REST/SOAP Apex callouts, complex workflows, and object-oriented architectures utilizing SOQL for efficient data access and management.
Full SDLC Execution: Participate actively in functional analysis, technical requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, deployment, and support using short release cycles (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
Development Tooling: Utilize VSCode with Salesforce plugins, the Lightning Component Framework, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for optimized development.
Data & Analytics: Configure Salesforce custom objects, fields, complex views, and tailored custom reports/dashboards to drive visibility and operational insights.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Drive test-driven development (TDD) by writing robust Apex unit test code to ensure optimal coverage and maintain high code quality standards.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience with Salesforce Core and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
Cloud Platform Familiarity: Experience developing, configuring, and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
Salesforce Core & Experience Cloud: Extensive background building scalable solutions on Core platform features and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Full-Stack Development Depth: Advanced proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
Development Life Cycle & Tools: Experience using VSCode, Salesforce CLI, unit testing frameworks, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
Backend Architecture: Deep understanding of object-oriented design, custom API services/callouts, batch processing, and database optimization.
Working experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Working experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
Prior experience in health insurance, healthcare tech, or SaaS environments with rapid deployment cycles.
