Title: Salesforce Developer Agent force & MuleSoft Integration Specialist

Duration: 6 months

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce CRM, Agent force, MuleSoft, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and external systems through MuleSoft, Informatica ETL, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Customize Salesforce applications through Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, Security Models, Profiles, Roles, and Page Layouts.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and reusable components.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Informatica ETL.
  • Define and implement integration patterns for real-time and batch data synchronization.
  • Work with large datasets and optimize data processing, migration, and synchronization activities.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications following Salesforce best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, release management, deployment activities, and CI/CD processes.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests and ensure adequate code coverage for deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.

Required Skills

  • 6 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Agentforce
    • Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex)
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL & SOSL
    • Visualforce
    • Salesforce Flows & Process Automation
    • Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
    • Salesforce Data Model & Architecture
  • Experience with MuleSoft Integration Platform.
  • Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Informatica ETL and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Gearset, or similar.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
  • Experience with ERP and enterprise application integrations.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification(s).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
