Role: Salesforce & Data Systems Consultant

Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Administrator / CRM & Data Systems Analyst for a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families access housing, financial assistance, and critical community resources. This is a highly visible role responsible for serving as the primary owner of the organization's Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, security, and reporting accuracy.
Key experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience serving as the primary administrator and owner of a Salesforce environment, including user support, workflow management, reporting, and system administration.
- Strong background in data management, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to maintain data integrity, support grant reporting, and deliver meaningful business insights.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce and integrated business applications, with exposure to Zapier, Formstack, and Tableau considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, improve workflows, and recommend enhancements while balancing security, compliance, and operational needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of supporting non-technical users and serving as a trusted resource across an organization.
