The Opportunity

As a Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Senior Associate you will support client work in business application consulting, helping organizations analyze needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training that supports day-to-day use and adoption of core platforms. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and navigate complex situations while deepening your Salesforce skills and broad business awareness within our Salesforce practice. In this role at PwC, you will apply consulting skills across Salesforce applications, contribute to Revenue Cloud and CPQ delivery, interpret feedback, and help translate client priorities into practical solution work that supports operational efficiency and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client business needs for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementations and translating requirements into scalable application designs
  • Configuring pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue processes to support client sales operations and order flows
  • Supporting workstreams across solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization for Salesforce programs
  • Interpreting data, process gaps, and user feedback to recommend enhancements that improve operational efficiency
  • Developing deliverables, documentation, and training materials that help clients adopt new Salesforce capabilities
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to navigate project priorities, dependencies, and issue resolution
  • Reviewing work produced by junior team members and providing guidance on Salesforce configuration, process mapping, and delivery approach
  • Applying Salesforce platform knowledge, technical consultation skills, and implementation methods to address complex client challenges

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor''s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for a Master''s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
  • Demonstrating Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud implementation experience
  • Utilizing client-facing consulting experience in technology delivery
  • Translating business needs into configurable Salesforce solutions
  • Interpreting data to inform recommendations and prioritization
  • Guiding junior team members through assigned workstreams

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
