Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Senior Developer to join our team from anywhere within the United States.
- Senior CPQ Developer leading technical design and delivery of Salesforce CPQ enhancements, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment to business rules.
- The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in CPQ workflows, custom rules, and configurations
- Must be able to work effectively during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
- Own technical design and architecture for CPQ LMR enhancements
- Implement complex CPQ logic, including Apexbased rule frameworks where required
- Optimize QLE performance and stability
- Design and govern product configuration initializer logic
- Lead CPQ release planning, deployments, and production readiness
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews
- Act as escalation point during UAT and Hypercare
- Engage directly with client stakeholders during PST hours
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ workflows, custom rules, and configurations.
- Gather and translate business requirements into CPQ solutions.
- Improve pricing, quoting, and approval processes for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot CPQ issues and ensure integration with Salesforce modules.
- Document technical specs, processes, and best practices
- Deep Salesforce CPQ architecture expertise
- Advanced Apex design & performance tuning
- Complex pricing and rule orchestration
- Salesforce DevOps / CICD familiarity
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
- Healthcare / MedTech CPQ experience
- Experience with LMR or phased product launches
