Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development and administration, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting business users. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Customize and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
• Develop and maintain Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and manage user interfaces using Experience Builder.
• Implement and manage Salesforce Shield for data security and compliance.
• Perform data modeling, data migration, and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Handle support requests and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Participate in solution design, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex programming
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Hands-on experience with Experience Builder
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield (Security & Compliance)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data management
• Scripting and automation experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in reporting and dashboard creation
