    Description

    Candidates should have:

    • Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
    • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or senior technical leadership roles.
    • Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud / Energy Cloud.
    • Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
    • Deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, limits, development patterns, security, performance, and scalability.
    • Experience designing enterprise Salesforce integration solutions.
    • Experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or comparable enterprise integration platforms.
    • Experience with ETL tools, web services, APIs, enterprise data platforms, and integration patterns.
    • Strong expertise in Salesforce data modeling, solution architecture, and platform governance.
    • Experience with CI/CD, Git or comparable source-control technologies, automated deployments, and release management.
    • Experience with Copado DevOps.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, access controls, sharing models, compliance, and data protection.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to communicate architecture and technical concepts clearly to executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.
    Required Salesforce Certifications

    Candidates should possess relevant Salesforce architecture and development certifications, preferably including:

    • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
    • Salesforce Certified System Architect
    • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
