Description
Description of Project
- The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) is seeking one full-time resource to work on to work on a variety of projects as a Salesforce developer.
- The selected resource will provide development services for the following projects:
Community Reviewer Program Phase II
- The Community Reviewer Program is a new initiative at MHFA that compensates community members, especially those who have faced housing challenges, to serve as Community Reviewer consultants in the Agency's grant programs. The program brings community-level insight by empowering people with lived experience to influence grant-making decisions. Phase I is complete. The next phase will build on that foundation and relies heavily on the Salesforce platform.
Multifamily RFP
- The Multifamily Production Programs Division requests proposals from developers/builders for projects to be funded by the Agency. This is one of the most complex and critical programs in Multifamily. Applicants submit documentation using Agency templates and tools, and internal teams use Agency tools for scoring and evaluation. This project delivers updated tools to reflect changes to the RFP process, scoring criteria, and evaluation. There are 27 unique deliverables that require review and potential updates annually, built across Salesforce, MS Access, MS Excel, and Pentaho.
Grants Management System (GMS) Project
- The GMS is a single, interactive system for the entire grant life cycle, from application through close-out, designed to reduce administrative burden, improve efficiency, help grantees apply for and administer grants, and improve the overall grant experience. MHFA will own Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including configuration and administration of the GMS. The solution provided by REI is built on the Salesforce platform.
- At a high level, the resource will serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies. For additional details on the request such as qualifications, tasks, and evaluation criteria, see the attachments found in the Buyer Attachment section of the Event.
- The work is expected to be done in a hybrid model with a 50% onsite requirement. Onsite work will be performed at MHFA offices at 400 Wabasha Street North, Suite 400, St. Paul, MN 55102
