Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner

    Role Overview: The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner (BSA/PO) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. The role involves requirement analysis, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and driving Agile delivery.

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    5+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner Strong experience in Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud preferred)
    Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.

    Preferred Skills
    Salesforce Admin certification or relevant Salesforce certification
    Knowledge of integrations, data models, and reporting in Salesforce
    Experience in enterprise or healthcare domain (good to have)
