Responsibilities

  • Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains

  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities

  • Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions

  • Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations

  • Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions

  • Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise

  • Strong proficiency in CPQ and Sales Cloud

  • Must be proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced)/ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management)

  • Strong business analysis skills with ability to perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis between requirements and platform capabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories

  • Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences

  • Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations

  • Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and strategic recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders

  • Able to work Central Standard Time Hours - 8am-4pm CST Monday through Friday
