Responsibilities
Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains
Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions
Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations
Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions
Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise
Strong proficiency in CPQ and Sales Cloud
Must be proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced)/ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management)
Strong business analysis skills with ability to perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis between requirements and platform capabilities
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories
Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations
Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and strategic recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
Able to work Central Standard Time Hours - 8am-4pm CST Monday through Friday
