Description

Seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), and core CRM objects including Campaigns, Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities. This role has a strong focus on data governance and privacy, requiring experience with consent management, preference centers, data retention policies, and regulatory data privacy controls.

• Lead business analysis across client, marketing, and sales technology platforms, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, campaign management, attribution, lead management, digital asset management, compliance platforms, and related integrations.
• Define business requirements, current and future state processes, operating models, data needs, controls, and success measures. Manage requirements through discovery, design, testing, implementation, business readiness, and benefits realization.
• Support complex integrations by defining workflows, data mappings, approvals, controls, reconciliation, and audit requirements while ensuring privacy, governance, security, and regulatory compliance are embedded in solution designs.
