Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to support a strategic Salesforce engagement with a US-based enterprise client. The role involves gathering requirements, optimizing CRM processes, and supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations. This position will be a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and supporting successful delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with Salesforce objects, data models, workflows, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.
• Consulting experience with large system integrators is an asset.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document Salesforce business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Administrators to support solution delivery.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support Salesforce configuration, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Assist with UAT planning, execution, defect management, and solution validation.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.
