We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to connect business needs with CRM capabilities and help improve how customer-facing processes are supported through technology. This position will partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, improve workflows, and guide Salesforce enhancements from initial discovery through implementation.
Responsibilities- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify objectives, and define system requirements.
- Convert business needs into functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Evaluate existing workflows and design improved future-state processes within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers throughout solution design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and CRM processes related to lead management and sales workflows.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and contribute to quality assurance efforts for system enhancements.
- Participate in Agile delivery and broader SDLC activities, including backlog refinement, release planning, testing, and implementation.
- Review system data, reporting, and application issues to support business decisions and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications- 5+ years of professional Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years working with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM processes supporting lead management and sales activities.
- Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Advanced business-process analysis and workflow-mapping skills, including experience evaluating both current and future-state processes.
- Experience partnering directly with Salesforce technical teams throughout solution design, testing, user acceptance, and implementation.
