    This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Migration.

    Summary:

    We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience in Salesforce data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analysis skills, experience in data mapping and transformation, a basic understanding of Salesforce, and excellent communication skills. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support migration activities, requirements gathering, testing, process optimization, and successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

    Roles & Responsibilities :

    • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce migration projects.
    • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand current and future state business processes.
    • Perform data mapping, data profiling, and data transformation analysis to support migration activities.
    • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define migration requirements and validate data quality.
    • Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
    • Conduct gap analysis between legacy systems and Salesforce target-state solutions.
    • Support migration strategy development, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
    • Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
    • Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful migration execution and issue resolution.
    • Track and manage defects, enhancements, and requirements using Jira or equivalent tools.
    • Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
    • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
    • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers, architects, and migration teams.
    • Provide post-migration support and ensure smooth business transition and user adoption.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory, and organizational standards throughout migration activities.

    Qualifications & Skills :

    Must Have -

    • Basic Salesforce knowledge and understanding of Salesforce objects and data model.
    • Experience in data migration projects.
    • Hands-on experience in data mapping and data transformation activities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) skillset.

    Required Qualifications -

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
    • Experience working on enterprise application implementation or migration projects.
    • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing support.

    Technical Skills -

    • Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configurations.
    • Knowledge of ETL concepts, data migration methodologies, and data validation techniques.
    • Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Understanding of system integration concepts and data synchronization processes.
    • Familiarity with data governance and data quality management practices.
    • Proficiency in Excel and other analysis tools.

    Business Analysis Skills -

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent documentation and process mapping skills.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
    • Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing requirements.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    Preferred -

    • Salesforce Certified Associate or Salesforce Administrator certification.
    • Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
    • Experience supporting Financial Services Cloud, Banking, or Wealth Management initiatives.
    • Experience with large-scale Salesforce migration and transformation programs.

    The pay range for this role is CAD 100,000 - CAD 110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
