Description

Salesforce BA Configurator With UX/UI

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce BA Configurator with UX/UI to join our team supporting federal clients. The successful candidate will lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and user-centered Salesforce solutions that improve mission outcomes and user experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business, user, and design requirements with stakeholders and end users.
  • Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interaction specifications, and prototypes.
  • Design user experiences across Salesforce Experience Cloud, Flow Screens, and Lightning Components.
  • Utilize Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) to create consistent, accessible interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain UX/UI standards, reusable design patterns, and component libraries.
  • Ensure solutions meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Support implementation teams to ensure delivered solutions align with approved designs and user expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer certification.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce UX/UI design experience.
  • Experience designing enterprise applications using user-centered design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Flow Screens, and Lightning Components.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • Working knowledge of U.S. Web Design System (USWDS).
  • Experience supporting Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Federal Government programs.
  • Human-Centered Design (HCD), UX, accessibility, or related certifications.
  • Experience establishing design systems and UX governance standards.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
