Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture and Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience leading technical programs, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project delivery, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience working on Salesforce projects, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Lead cross-functional technical programs and manage interrelated projects to achieve business and engineering objectives.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, product management, and architecture teams to design and launch new capabilities.
- Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, metrics, KPIs, and delivery processes.
- Manage program risks, identify bottlenecks, resolve technical challenges, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate launch planning and ensure timely delivery across multiple teams and workflows.
- Manage stakeholder communication, issue escalation, prioritization, and intake requests.
- Influence technical strategy and balance business priorities with technical constraints.
- Drive process Eligible to workimization and continuous improvement across technical programs.
Required Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Practical project experience with Salesforce implementations.
- Strong working experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Technical program management and stakeholder management.
- Cross-functional project coordination and delivery management.
- Risk management, issue resolution, and process Eligible to workimization.
