    WHAT WE DO:
    We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.

    Job Title: Salesforce Architect (Salesforce QA / Test Automation)

    Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with strong QA and test automation expertise to support Client project initiatives. This role focuses on designing Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality through robust testing frameworks, and aligning business requirements with scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.


    Key Responsibilities

    Salesforce Architecture & Design

    • Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

    • Define interaction requirements across components, subsystems, and interfaces

    • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices

    • Provide strategic guidance on development, enhancements, and production fixes

    QA & Test Automation

    • Develop and execute test strategies for Salesforce applications

    • Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or Karate

    • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing

    • Validate Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs

    Salesforce Platform Expertise

    • Work with Salesforce data model, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder

    • Write and execute SOQL queries for validation and troubleshooting

    • Review and debug Apex code and UI components (preferred)

    Collaboration & Delivery

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions

    • Support project delivery through design documentation and technical specifications

    • Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams

    Documentation & Governance

    • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, and test documentation

    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and governance processes

    • Support CI/CD processes using tools like Git and Jenkins


    Required Skills & Experience

    • 3–6 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce test automation

    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (data model, Apex, LWC, Flows)

    • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, or similar

    • Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs

    • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python)

    • Experience with SOQL for validation and troubleshooting

    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with Salesforce test management tools (TestRail, Xray, or similar)

    • Ability to read/debug Apex and LWC code

    • Experience in Salesforce Test Automation Frameworks


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset


    Work Environment

    • Hybrid role (3 days onsite in Phoenix, AZ)

    • Client-issued laptop

    • Collaborative, fast-paced project environment
