Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in salesforce development including salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.
- In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration, customization, apex, visualforce, and lightning components.
- Experience in designing and implementing salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in customizing salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in salesforce development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of salesforce implementations.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.
